Job Description
We are currently seeking a Setup Technician(s) to join our production team. In this role, you will perform job changeovers and equipment setups to ensure efficient production runs and minimal downtime. You will follow standardized work procedures and respond to requests related to process or cavity parameter changes. Machine and robot resets are also part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform setup technician standard work
Complete job changeovers per setup instructions and procedures
Conduct machine and robot resets as needed
Respond to process or parameter change requests
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of die setting or related experience
Proficient with hand tools and measurement tools
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
Willingness to work rotating shifts
