How You'll Perform the Role

Principal Job Duties

• Assist higher level set up technicians in performing machine and tool setups on thermoforming machines and associated equipment.
• Prepare tools for production when required.
• Perform process troubleshooting of the thermoforming machines and all related systems.
• Support sample making activities.
• Perform product qualification process to ensure conformance with prescribed quality standards.
• Diligently follow lockout / tag out procedures.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in own work area and around work units.
• Perform all work in a safe manner and fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP) policies and procedures of the Company.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
