  • Learning & Development (L&D)
  • 1.identify training needs and implement capability development programs.

    2.Ensure execution of the annual training calendar with high participation.

    3.Measure training effectiveness and ROI.

  • Performance Management System (PMS)
  • 1.Oversee timely and smooth execution of goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.

    2.Ensure alignment of performance outcomes with development and rewards.

    3.Build awareness and drive adoption among employees and managers.
