Sessional Instructor, Practical Nursing

Position Summary

Applications are invited from qualified individuals to instruct in the Practical Nursing Diploma program at North Island College.

This instructional assignment, up to 20%, involves teaching the theory course PNS 231: Professional Practice 3 to a cohort of PN students via an online delivery method.

The successful candidate will implement creative strategies in the preparation and delivery of theory activities; use initiative in providing documentation and follow‑up with regard to student concerns and problem resolution; and bring facilitation skills to the management of conflict. The schedule for this assignment will be flexible to meet the needs of the program.
