Job Summary
The Services Sales Engineer (SSE) is a pre‑sales professional with a passion for technology evangelism and custom solution development. The SSE works directly with customers to define service requirements, architect and size service elements needed for the PANW platform, and present how blended technology and services create business value. The role collaborates closely with the Services Sales team, Core and Specialist Sales, Delivery teams, and global delivery practices to support large‑scale transformations.
Responsibilities
- Work with Services Sales to articulate PANW’s perspective on GTM services and highlight delivery competency and expertise.
- Gather, understand, and define customer‑specific requirements and expectations for value‑based outcomes in workshop scenarios.
