Optimise FSEs allocated time and schedules to provide service to our customers in a timely fashion
Apply technical guidelines according to technical support information (Level 2) to provide the best quality service to our customers
Schedule maintenance visits, ad hoc business interventions, technical visits or audits initialized by Project, Enterprise & mid‑market or Services sales and Start‑ups in conjunction with the Project Department
