• Collaborate effectively with other team members, Solution Architects and Business Analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Work actively to protect the health, scalability, and technical debt management of the instance.
• Work with the latest features in the ServiceNow platform and continue to develop your expertise
• Guide more junior implementers by e.g. conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices to ensure the platform remains upgradeable.
