Job Description
Design, configure and enhance ServiceNow Discovery and Service Graph Connectors to improve data ingestion into CMDB.
Configure, implement and maintain Cloud Discovery for AWS, Azure and other supported cloud platforms.
Troubleshoot discovery issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes to ensure reliable infrastructure discovery.
Develop, customize, validate and optimize discovery patterns for accurate identification and classification of infrastructure components.
Create custom discovery patterns and pattern extensions for unsupported or non OOB technologies.
Develop and maintain custom integrations with third party tools using REST, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID server and Service Graph Framework.
Enhance existing Service Graph Connectors to onboard additional CI attributes and improve CMDB data coverage.
Monitor discovery schedules, MID server health, and discovery performance to ensure optimal execution.
