Your role is accountable for driving strategic evolution, shifting from a reactive support engagement model to proactive value creation. You will define and own the comprehensive product roadmap for core Service Intelligence platforms, translating client vision into actionable plans and developing compelling business cases to unlock significant commercial value and ROI.
