Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer to support development of client requirements, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to implement solutions using AGILE methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
Support platform enhancements, including workflows, forms, and integrations.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in a timely manner.
Support platform upgrades and ensure adherence to best practices

Required Skills & Experience:
Experience working with the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, IRM...).
Understanding of IT service management processes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
