Servicenow ITSM Developer

Role Summary
ServiceNow ITSM Developer responsible for implementing and enhancing ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and Service Requests.
Key Responsibilities
Configure ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, SLM, Catalog, EC)
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
Build and manage service catalog
Configure SLA/OLA and reporting
Support integrations and automation
Work with stakeholders on requirements and delivery
Required Skills
Strong experience in ITSM modules
JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
Understanding of ITIL processes
Experience in customization and integrations
Reporting and dashboard knowledge
Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
