We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Specialist who will own the solution design, technical governance, and quality validation of ITOM capabilities delivered through an implementation partner. This role is accountable for ensuring that Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Cloud Management solutions are architected correctly, aligned to business requirements, and implemented to ServiceNow best practices — without requiring hands-on configuration by the individual themselves.
