Job Description:
Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, ITAM, SPM, etc.).
Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Design and implement service catalog items with associated workflows and fulfillment automation.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ...
