ServiceNow CMDB-CSDM Analyst (Marzán)

For our international customer in Valencia, we are looking for a hybrid ServiceNow CMDB-CSDM Analyst.

EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates must be based in Valencia or willing to relocate, must be adaptable to work across time zones, including alignment with US Eastern Time, and must be fluent in English. Work permits are not provided.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and enforcing CSDM standards for Business Applications, Application Services, and Technical Services
• Using CMDB Health Dashboards to detect and remediate duplicate, orphaned, or stale CIs
• Defining CI classes, attributes, naming conventions, and relationships, as well as managing the lifecycle of data
• Managing and troubleshooting ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and data ingestion from third‑party tools
