We’re looking for a hands-on ServiceNow ITOM / Integration Specialist to help implement and improve service-to-infrastructure dependency mapping. Discovery configuration and CMDB integration patterns. This is all about fixing what’s already there. Think incomplete service maps, patchy Discovery, and a CMDB that needs turning into something people can trust and use.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be right in the middle of a large-scale CMDB uplift — improving how services, apps and infrastructure actually connect and behave.
* Build and fix ServiceNow Service Mapping (patterns, entry points, mapping runs)
* Get Discovery working properly (MID servers, credentials, coverage, tuning)
