Job Description
ServiceNow platform is on premises. As a result the AM talent will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- OS configuration and upgrades (Linux, Windows Server)
- Middleware installation, configuration, and upgrades (Java, Apache, PHP etc)
- Database installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance (MariaDB)
- Understanding database architecture as example building a setup for database replication
- Database health and optimization experience
- Experience in developing advanced SQL queries, procedures, and schemas
- Responsible for troubleshooting integration incidents including network and firewall issues
- Knowledge to work with Rubrik data backup and recovery services
- ServiceNow version upgrades (on premise)
- Required to do Planning Infra changes (etc firewall openings, provisioning servers)
- Configuration and maintenance of:
- Monitoring tools (Zabbix) ...
