Service Training Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation and training for newly hired service crews
• Perform monthly branch or operational audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Prepare audit reports and submit findings to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related course
• Experience as managerial or supervisor level in customer service (restaurant), operations, training, or related field is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct presentations and employee orientations
• Willingness to do fieldwork and travel when necessary
• Salary Offer: Php 25,000 - 28,000
