-Conduct orientation and training for newly hired service crews
-Perform monthly branch or operational audits
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
-Prepare audit reports and submit findings to management
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related course
-With experience as managerial or supervisor level in customer service (restaurant), operations, training, or related field is an advantage
-Strong communication and interpersonal skillS
-Ability to conduct presentations and employee orientations
-Willing to do fieldwork and travel when necessary
*Salary Offer: Php 25,000 - 28,000
*Work Schedule: Flexible Work Schedule
*Work location: HEAD OFFICE - PASAY CITY
