Job Description
- Carry out daily inspection of Electrical Distribution Board (DB) in every floor and daily maintenance check of all common areas pantries, bathrooms, toilets, corridors, and classrooms.
- Take daily electrical meter reading of Main DB panel, Social Network Café, Cafeteria, and water meter reading
Carry out maintenance task as written on the daily maintenance sheet and as per instructed by Facilities Manager and/or Facilities Executive - Perform basic maintenance repairs: electrical, carpentry, plumbing and painting works
- Attend to Emergencies: fire alarm, lift mantrap, accidents
- Assist the Facilities team in case of fire and evacuation, and assist to troubleshoot the case of false fire alarm in Campus.
