As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment on-site and in the shop. Your role includes completing required training programs, maintaining your service vehicle, and staying updated on John Deere products. You will also support customer clinics and address their inquiries on service concerns.

• Participate in Service EDUCATE training programs
• Conduct customer clinics and consultations
