Major Function:
The Service Technician/DOT Delivery Driver is responsible for the delivery, setup and repair of merchandise in the customers’ home. The Service Tech/Driver is expected to perform the necessary functions in a safe and professional manner, while staying on schedule to meet our customers’ expectations.

Job Requirements
Operate the delivery vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
Set up furniture and securing goods as needed.
Maintain high performance levels by keeping within the customer time window.
Accurately communicate and document the delivery transaction using either a mobile device or the provided paperwork.
Unload or load product as needed at stores or warehouse.
Visit customer’s residence and repair merchandise (Furniture, Upholstery, Cabinets, Leather etc.
Evaluate furniture repairs and action needed to satisfy our customers
