Service Team Leader - WA

The new Service Team Leader will join our Safety Service team based in Balcatta and enjoy a healthy work-life balance. You will play a key role in supporting a team of technicians to ensure service work across WA is delivered safely and effectively.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: 

• Support, coach and guide a team of service technicians; 
• Allocate and dispatch work based on skills, availability and priorities; 
• Plan and schedule programmed and reactive maintenance; 
• Serve as the main point of contact for client requests and job updates; 
• Track job progress while keeping clients and technicians informed;
