Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the service technicians.
- Schedule workload and travel arrangements for service assignments, balancing region and territory needs.
- Ensure technicians have appropriate tools and resources prior to starting a job.
- Ensure technicians receive support from internal teams as required.
- Follow up on service reports, expenses, and service report costing.
- Maintain data for service tools such as BaanLN.
- Secure purchase orders and warranty pre‑approvals when required.
- Track outstanding issues and Escalate to RSM, Product Quality, and/or Sales as appropriate.
