Service Support Specialist Jr.

Our Exciting Opportunity. Join us as a Service Support Specialist, a starter position responsible for the coordination of maintenance activities that require dispatch and logistics skills to ensure services provided to Operators’ customers remain continuously available and perform to Service Level Agreement performance levels. You will also be responsible for receiving work orders from the Operator's Customer Care Center or Customer NOCs, resolving them to the customer's satisfaction, and providing meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the Customer.
