Job Description
SMS Equipment is looking for a Service Supervisor to lead and support shop and field service operations at our Williams Lake branch. This role provides hands‑on leadership to technicians and welders, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality maintenance and repair of heavy mining equipment while delivering strong customer service and operational excellence.
Location: Williams Lake, BC
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 per annum, plus eligibility for overtime
Work Arrangement: Fixed on site – working from the branch or customer site each day
Schedule: 5x2, with flexibility to support operational needs (potential for 7x7 rotation)
