Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and complaints, ensuring high service quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate tasks across product groups, service teams, and daily operations
  • Prepare service reports, monitor KPIs, and track spare parts usage.
  • Manage company equipment, tools, and service vehicles, ensuring proper maintenance.
  • Provide technical support for heavy equipment and machinery, assist technicians with troubleshooting.
  • Support team development through performance evaluations and training.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in construction machinery.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
