Responsibilities
- Manage customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complaints, ensuring high service quality.
- Supervise and coordinate tasks across product groups, service teams, and daily operations
- Prepare service reports, monitor KPIs, and track spare parts usage.
- Manage company equipment, tools, and service vehicles, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Provide technical support for heavy equipment and machinery, assist technicians with troubleshooting.
- Support team development through performance evaluations and training.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or related field.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in construction machinery.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
