Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple wind farms, ensuring optimal turbine performance and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and workforce deployment.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate turbine performance, resource utilization, and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to QSE standards.
- Collaborate with the planning team to ensure resource availability and alignment with operational targets.
- Maintain open communication with customers, addressing concerns related to turbine performance and service quality.
