Responsibilities
- Schedule all service jobs for techs to optimize efficiency
- Motivate all employees through coaching/development
- Back up Service Business Manager
- Assist in diagnosis/troubleshooting of equipment
- Perform final approvals on equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service & follow up
- Assist in quoting repairs & maintaining records
- Build effective team dynamics with all departments
- Encourage safe working habits
Requirements
- Operate vehicles/equipment used for diagnostics
- 5+ years doing complex repairs
- Lift up to 40lbs repeatedly; 40-75lbs on occasion
- Work flexible hours/varying shifts/weekends/holidays
- Valid drivers license
- Ag Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Cert/equivalent ...
