Your Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales growth across existing and new customers within the portfolio, achieving set budgets and KPI
- Ensure regular customer and prospect visits in alignment with KPIs, maintaining close engagement and understanding of market needs
- Develop and implement annual customer development plans for selected key accounts, ensuring sustainable business growth
- Report and analyze customer performance, ensuring CRM systems are updated, and take corrective actions while coordinating effectively with service coordinators and management
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage service delivery, follow up on complaints and non‑conformities, and prepare annual budgets to support business objectives
