Headstart Hatching is seeking a diligent and dependable individual to join our team in our Service Room area. Position Purpose The Service Room Worker will be responsible for carrying out all processing and sorting activities related to the production of turkey poults.
This includes heel clipping, IR beak blunting, sexing, and sorting turkey poults according to their intended destination or gender.
The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
This is a critical role in ensuring that the turkey hatchery produces high-quality poults that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
