Service Representative

Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Representative to join their team based in Bergvliet, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, servicing existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ external sales and/or customer service experience within a similar industry, strong communication and relationship-building skills, excellent time management abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Matric qualification, valid driver’s license, clear credit record, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Knowledge of the upholstery and foam industry will be highly advantageous.
