Job Overview
Provides day‑to‑day delivery of critical processes, administration and servicing activities in connection with retail and commercial deposits and payments. The role supports the execution of payments, transactions, service requests and administrative activities and ensures all service‑level agreements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day operations of deposit and payments processes, including cheque processing, electronic transactions, lockbox and remote deposit, account maintenance and monitoring.
- Support execution of payments and service requests within SLAs, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Analyze data and information to provide insights, identify discrepancies and offer recommendations.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a problem‑solving resource for junior staff and escalating non‑routine issues to senior team members or manager.
