At M/D Totco, we provide Downhole Broadband Solutions that revolutionize drilling and well completion with high-quality data from tools in the BHA and along the drill string. **We are seeking a dedicated Service Quality Manager (SQM) to join our team and uphold the highest standards of service quality.**
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Quality Management System**
- Develop, update, and implement local and operational procedures to align with NOV QMS.
- Stay current with industry and NOV QMS updates through continuous review of new publications.
- Actively maintain and enhance the QMS system, driving improvement initiatives.
**Incident Management**
- Report, investigate, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) including field incidents, delivery/supplier NCRs, and corrective/preventive actions from audits and customer concerns.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents requiring corrective action.
