Service Manager – Appliance Repair

$80,000–$90,000 base salary + performance bonuses (most of our managers earn $100K–$120K+)

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on leader who loves the appliance trade and genuinely enjoys developing other technicians.
This is a true player-coach role: you’ll spend part of your time in the field solving the toughest calls and most of your time building a sharp, confident team that consistently delivers 5-star service.
What the job looks like day-to-day
- Training and mentoring a team of appliance technicians (in-truck ride-alongs, classroom sessions, and ongoing skill development)
- Acting as the final-level technical resource when a diagnosis gets tricky
