Overview of the role
As Service Manager you are responsible for the operational day to day management of the service ensuring that your service is compliant with relevant legislation.
It is an expectation that Service Managers are visible and leading from the front and this means being regularly on the floor and not being office based.

- To maintain a high-quality service.
- To ensure the service complies with the requirements of the Health & Social Care Legislation, Precious policies and procedures.
