Service Manager – BESS / Solar PV

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Service Manager – BESS / Solar PV

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate service activities for BESS and Solar PV projects , including execution, commissioning, and post-sales support.
• Manage and oversee Service Request (SR) tickets , ensuring timely resolution aligned with customer requirements and SLAs.
• Supervise on-site activities such as installation oversight, cold & hot commissioning, system integration, troubleshooting, and final acceptance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects according to established processes, quality standards, and timelines.
• Conduct site audits for BESS and Solar plant locations and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
