This is a pivotal operational leadership role, holding full accountability for the performance, productivity, and profitability of the well testing operation. The successful candidate will act as the critical link between engineering, operations, and the client, driving service delivery, commercial performance, and safety culture across a demanding onshore and offshore portfolio.
