About the role

As a Service Lead, you'll play a vital role in shaping and supporting our two services; one in Longside and one in Strichen.

You'll:
Lead and inspire your teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
Provide coaching, mentoring, and day to day guidance to colleagues
Drive continuous improvement across your services
Work with fellow Service Leads and Lead Practitioners to share best practise
Take on Registered Manager responsibilities

You'll ideally have:
An SCQF Level 9 and PDA...
