Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead service operations and drive customer success in a growing market.
  • Manage regional initiatives and develop high-performing service teams.
  • Lead and coordinate all field service activities across Colombia.
  • Manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance operations.
  • Supervise and develop a team of Service Engineers.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for key customers.
  • Monitor service KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
  • Support equipment installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate spare parts planning and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
