Responsibilities
- Lead service operations and drive customer success in a growing market.
- Manage regional initiatives and develop high-performing service teams.
- Lead and coordinate all field service activities across Colombia.
- Manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance operations.
- Supervise and develop a team of Service Engineers.
- Act as the primary technical contact for key customers.
- Monitor service KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
- Support equipment installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate spare parts planning and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
