Lead and coordinate all field service activities across Colombia.
Manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance operations.
Supervise and develop a team of Service Engineers.
Act as the primary technical contact for key customers.
Monitor service KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
Support equipment installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate spare parts planning and resource allocation.
Collaborate with regional and global teams on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or related).
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial field service, maintenance, or technical support.
