**HVAC Service Technician – Mission Critical Operations**

+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems, including:
+ Chillers (300+ tons)
+ Boilers
+ CRAC/CRAH units
+ Air handling systems
+ Service and repair pumps, valves, piping, and other mechanical equipment.
+ Diagnose and resolve issues within hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Monitor facility performance through industry-leading Building Management Systems (BMS), including Niagara Tridium, Siemens, and Johnson Controls.
