Service Engineering Change Lead

Dyson is seeking a Service Engineering Change Specialist to bridge product change management and downstream service execution. You will ensure engineers’ changes are assessed, communicated, and implemented so repair networks and service centres stay aligned with new configurations.

You will coordinate updates to service documentation, manage part readiness, and support governance and continuous improvement across PLM/ERP systems to enable global service readiness.
