Job Description
Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of AM systems.
- Providing of training and support for customer AM machine operators, both on site and remotely.
- Scheduled service and maintenance for the Renishaw AM product line. This will include maintenance of and upgrades to electronic, mechanical, software and optical assemblies.
- Customer repairs call out on site diagnostics, fault finding and calibration services.
- Product testing, performance measurement, data collection and report writing.
- Customer relationship management
- Service visits to be carried out in a timely manner in line with company expectations.
- Ensure expenses and timesheets are submitted on time.
- Always adhere to PPE requirements.
