Service Engineer

The SERVICE ENGINEER shall have the following qualifications:

• 3+ years hands-on experience with marine diesel engines (Auxiliary Engines Wartsila / MAN / Yanmar or similar).
• Proven background infull engine overhauls , including:
  • Cylinder head, piston, liner work
  • Fuel injection system
  • Turbocharger handling
  • Bearing and crankshaft measurements
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow overhaul procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities.
• Must be capable ofleading a small team and ensuring safe work practices.
• Technical education in mechanical/marine engineering (degree or technical college).
• English communication at a level adequate to coordinate with superintendent and vessel crew.
