Installation and commissioning of AM systems.
Providing training and support for customer AM machine operators, both on site and remotely.
Scheduled service and maintenance for the Renishaw AM product line.
Maintenance of and upgrades to electronic, mechanical, software, and optical assemblies.
Customer repairs call out on site diagnostics, fault finding, and calibration services.
Product testing, performance measurement, data collection, and report writing.
Customer relationship management: service visits to be carried out in a timely manner in line with company expectations.
Ensure expenses and timesheets are submitted on time.
