Service Desk Specialist

We're looking for a Systems Administration / Operations Support Specialist to support 24/7 data centre operations and technology infrastructure.

On‑Site Position

24/7/365 Operations | 4-on, 4-off | 12‑hour rotating shifts

Requirements

• 5 years of technology‑related experience
• 2 years of Service Desk Support experience
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Strong Technical Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Enterprise Automation Scheduling
• Experience supporting data centre operations and infrastructure environments
• Ability to work independently in a 24/7 operational environment

Proficiency in at least 5 of the following

• Technical Troubleshooting
• Data Backup & Migration
• Computer Operations
• Production Control
• System & Console Operations
• Records Management & Archiving
