Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to clients, resolving issues via phone.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Escalate more complex issues to higher-level engineers as necessary.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions.
Document and track support requests in our ticketing system.
What We're Looking For:
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
