We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join one of our clients IT support teams in Toronto. This position requires someone with strong level 1/2 support experience who is comfortable working downtown Toronto 5 days/week.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and workplace technologies, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, mobile devices, and printing equipment.
- Accurately log, categorize, and track incidents using ServiceNow
