Service Design Consultant

Stella Contracting, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Design Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Service Design Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the service delivery process for our clients. This is an on-site position, based at our company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of current service delivery processes and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery

- Create and maintain service design documentation, including process maps, user journeys, and service blueprints

- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform service design decisions
