Your Opportunity
As the Service Design and Innovation Business Partner you will facilitate the design and development of service and practice approaches for Mission Australia. This role will see you hold responsibility for managing the approaches that integrate lived experience, evidence and expertise that contribute to the growth and impact of Mission Australia services.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with relevant service delivery leaders and staff.
- Provide a primary point of contact for service design and innovation related enquiries and provide expert advice and guidance, tools and resources.
- Work with other Service Design and Innovation Business Partners, the National Manager Service Design & Innovation and State / Housing leadership teams to regularly strategize, plan and prioritise a pipeline of service design and innovation work, ensuring any ...
